Berry Blast Protein Smoothie

I am such a smoothie girl. It doesn’t matter what time of year it is! There are so easy and make it so convenient to throw a bunch of nutrient together. I find it one of the easiest ways to pack my day with many antioxidants. This recipe is one of my favorites!

 

Berry Blast Smoothie:

1 cup frozen bluerries

½ cup pineapple (optional)

1 handful of spinach

1 tablespoon of almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)

1 tablespoon flax seed

~ 1 cup of water (or to reach desired consistency)

Dash Cinnamon

Few ice cubes

 

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend until well combined and reach desired consistency. Serve and enjoy.
